We turned this 1400 square foot basic bungalow into a massive custom 2 storey luxurious home. For this project located on Lake Lac Du Bonnet, we added 4 additional bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen and a brand new exterior. This home includes all the bells and whistles you could imagine!
Bird Lake Custom Shop
Custom build of over 1,000 square feet. This huge shop and garage has it all for the ultimate man cave! Including heated concrete floors, 400 amp electrical system and LED lighting just name a few!
Still Cove Sunroom
We added a sunroom addition to match a beautiful existing cottage. Integrating and matching the exterior and interior to perfectly align with what was existing!

We completed all excavating, concrete footings and pressure treated wood framing, perfect for a Ready to Move (RTM) home/cottage!

Lac Du Bonnet ICF Walls

Auglen Park Exterior Upgrade
This project required an exterior update. We replaced and added windows and doors, upgraded the exterior with high quality vinyl siding, soffit, fascia and trough and high grade Faux Stone finish for the chimney.
